It contains a combination of 3 basic building blocks of articular cartilage and other connective tissues that are specific to the human body: type II collagen, glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate. Vitamin C contributes to the proper production of collagen for normal bone and cartilage function. Manganese aids in the normal formation of connective tissues.

Adults 2 tablets once a day or 1 tablet twice a day. Children from 1 years 2 tablet daily. The tablets are best taken after a meal and with liquid. Use for 12 months 1 times a year. If necessary and for maximum effectiveness, it can be used continuously. Not suitable for children under 2, pregnant and lactating women.
