Kinecare compress is a fast-acting, non-invasive compress intended for effective and natural pain relief. Its specially profiled shape allows heat or cold therapy to be performed on the knee. It also has a comfortable velor side that protects the body from frostbite.

Cold application.
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Put the compress on the designated place for a period not exceeding 20 minutes, remember the necessary 20-minute break before the next application.
Before application, make sure that the temperature of the compress corresponds to the patient.
Hot application.
Heating in a microwave oven:
Place the heating pad flat in the microwave. Check that the edges of the heating pad are not touching the walls of the microwave oven. Heat the dressing according to the given temperatures and heating time (table in the instructions for use).
The temperature of the product may be higher at its edge. It is recommended to slightly stir the granules inside to distribute the temperature evenly. Before use, always check the temperature of the coating by touch (it should be uniform in all parts) so as not to burn yourself. If the compress is too hot, let it cool. If the wrap is not warm enough, you can reheat it in the microwave, but turn it to the other side. It is necessary to observe the additional heating time. Please note that the product should not be too hot so that its application does not cause discomfort. Apply it to the designated area for a period not exceeding 20 minutes, remembering to wait 20 minutes before using the product again.
