I have to say that adding psyllium directly to the medicine is a very good move. I always knew it was good fiber and helped along with macrogol or simethicone, but I never knew how to consume it. It was literally pulling me out. Crushed to a powder and mixed in water and also with the rest of what you need to get in these difficulties. I rate this product very positively overall.
