How to use the VITAMMY BODY 8 massage gun?
Choose one of the eight available heads, suitable for the part of the body being massaged. Turn on the device by moving the ON/OFF switch to the ON position. Start the device using the touch panel and select the desired speed (from 1 to 7). Each additional touch of the panel causes the device to switch to a higher gear.
The device automatically switches off after 10 minutes of continuous operation, which makes it easier to count down the time for subsequent treatments.
Turn the switch to the OFF position before putting the massager away.
During the massage, we move the gun slowly and carefully. Movements should be made along the muscle bands. The attached user manual contains advice on how to properly massage individual parts of the body.
