Preparation: Prepare milk no more than 1 hour before feeding. Use only pre-boiled or bottled water. Use only the enclosed measuring cup. 1. Wash your hands thoroughly and make sure the bottle and teat are clean and sterilized. 2. Fill the bottle with the correct amount of water heated to approximately 40°C. 3. Add the indicated number of level scoops to the water. 4. Close the bottle and shake gently until the powder dissolves. 5. Before you give the prepared milk to your baby, test the temperature of the milk on the inside of your wrist. 6. Make sure the measuring cup is clean and dry before putting it back into the cap. Close the can properly before storing. After feeding, pour the unconsumed milk from the bottle, and thoroughly wash the bottle and teat.
