• Melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
• Melatonin helps relieve fatigue after a long flight to another time zone (jet lag). The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0,5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of the journey and a few days after arrival on site.
