The medicine is used as an anti-odor, anti-inflammatory and venoprotective (protective vein) substance. It acts as a capillary wall stabilizer by normalizing the permeability of the capillary wall. It has been shown to be effective in the treatment of postoperative swelling, where it also alleviates the inflammatory response. The drug accelerates the absorption of large hematomas (bruises) and reduces the likelihood of their occurrence in the postoperative period. It reduces the leakage of lymph into the surrounding tissue, improves capillary function, improves lymphatic circulation, and ensures the emptying of varicose (diseased) veins in patients with insufficiency of the veins of the lower extremities.

It is used in adults to treat:
- localized swelling and inflammation, in particular post-traumatic and post-operative,
- extensive post-traumatic bruising and prevention of postoperative hematomas (bruising),
- diseases of the veins of the lower extremities in patients with circulatory insufficiency (the medicine improves the emptying of varices (varicose veins) by reducing lymph leakage and improving - lymphatic capillary circulation),
- painful symptoms of the spine, especially in patients with signs of spinal nerve roots,
- inflammation of tendon sheaths.
