POTASSIUM SULFURICUM

Indications for acute lesions:
-Bleeding: Excessive and repeated bleeding from various mucous membranes: from the nose, gums, hematemesis, intestinal bleeding, coughing up blood (not used for acute tuberculosis as it may worsen it). Bleeding from wounds and ulcers. Prevention of surgical bleeding.
- Acute pneumopathy: Some characteristics of the individual reaction often confirm the indication: high fever with a taste for cold water and a burning sensation on the palms, dyspnoea, blood-stained sputum, deterioration on the left side. Painful, dry cough, causing jerky pain behind the sternum. Atypical pneumopathies with one or more congested lesions (supplement to conventional treatment).
- Other acute symptoms: Laryngitis with hoarseness aggravated in the evening. Acute gastroenteritis of the infant with vomiting: even a small teaspoon of water is refuted as soon as it warms up in the stomach. Severe acetonemic vomiting.
