SUPRASORB H STANDARD WOUND COVER

Suprasorb H hydrocolloid bandage is a self-supporting bandage made of natural hydrocolloids that are applied to a polyurethane film.
Hydrocolloid dressing Suprasorb H creates a moist wound environment and promotes wound healing.
The bandage forms a gel with the exudate from the wound, thus providing suitable conditions for moist wound healing. In addition, when changing the bandage, it prevents damage to the newly formed tissue.

Product composition:
Suprasorb H hydrocolloid dressings consist of a carrier film made of polyurethane and a hydrocolloid layer made of carboxymethylcellulose and
polyisobutylene glue.

Indications:

• bedsores,
• arterial ulcers,
• venous ulcers on the foreleg,
• diabetic ulcers,
• skin graft collection sites.

Depending on the condition of the wound, the following SuprasorbRH hydrocolloid dressings are recommended:
Suprasorb H standard, border or sacrum: moderately exuding wounds, superficial wounds.
Hydrocolloid dressing Suprasorb H thin: slightly exuding wounds, superficial wounds.
Contraindications: Infected wounds.
Side effects: Currently unknown.

In case of known intolerance or allergy to one or more components of the hydrocolloid dressing (e.g. carboxymethylcellulose), the product must not be used.
